Just sharing some updates with you all.
The Public Services Dept. (PSD) in Jordan reported today that they have received a number of reports about a group of people trying to access houses claiming that they work for the Greater AmmanMunicipality (GAM). The group consists of women and men who usually try to access houses in Western Amman at day time claiming they are coming to check Water/ Electricity meters. The group is meant to conduct a full surveillance for the house preparing for a break in.
Here we advise all staff members to take extra care, and update their dependants about this issue. AmmanGreater Municipality staff always come with formal identification cards.
